Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Team Leader to manage day-to-day campaign execution and mentor junior team members in our growing Manchester office.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Mentor and develop a team of 4 junior marketers
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Collaborate with creative teams on content and design briefs
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors

Requirements

  • Age : 25+
  • Education : Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Related Field
  • Experience : 3-5 Years in marketing with 1+ year in a leadership role
  • Skills : Campaign management, data analysis, communication
