Job Description

Join our award-winning Customer Care team as a Help Desk Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for customers across phone, chat, and email, resolving enquiries with speed and empathy.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, live chat, and email
  • Troubleshoot account issues and escalate complex cases appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and resolution time targets
  • Contribute to knowledge base documentation and team training

Requirements

  • Age : 21+
  • Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; degree preferred
  • Experience : 1-2 Years in customer service or call centre role
  • Skills : Communication, empathy, problem-solving, CRM tools
